Gratitude Giveaway Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of US and EU who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Aether, Altha, High Light Rituals, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by Aether, Altha, and High Light Rituals (the “Sponsors”).

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsors as final and binding.

4. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on November 27, 2024 and ending on December 4, 2024. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Follow @aetherhealing, @althahealing, and @highlightrituals on Instagram.

  2. Tag someone you are grateful for in the comments of the giveaway post.

  3. Complete the entry form at https://aetherhealing.myflodesk.com/ra1w17z26p

Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules will be disqualified. No automated entries allowed.

6. Prizes

One winner will receive a prize package worth over $3,000, consisting of wellness experiences and products from Aether, Altha, and High Light Rituals. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsors' discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random under the supervision of the Sponsors. The winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message within 1 day of the giveaway closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

9. Terms & Conditions

The Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the giveaway if necessary, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond their control. Sponsors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

10. Privacy

By entering, you agree to receive email communication and special offers from Aether, Altha, and High Light Rituals. Your information will be shared with all Sponsors in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.

12. Disputes

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Callifornia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles.
