Embracing Stillness
The rhythm of our life, our body, and the earth demand that there are times when we slow down. Times where we let things rest so that we can sink into the deeper layers of our lives and integrate what has happened here recently. Embracing moments of stillness, of dropping in, and listening deeper.
Go with what feels easy and pause anything that does not. Pushing, rushing, and efforting where you don’t need to is a waste of time and energy. Lean into what works, and what feels good. When in doubt: stop, rest and reconvene when you have had a chance to recharge your energy. Lay low and move away from the things that feel heavy in your life. Take a deep breath, and allow yourself to slow down.
