Terms and Conditions:
Aether Muse Retreat
Booking a room (in full or through a payment plan) constitutes acceptance of these terms.
-
A full payment or deposit through our payment plan is needed to guarantee your spot at the Aether Muse Retreat. The retreat and any payments made are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unforeseen, personal circumstances.
Full payment, whether through one full payment or a payment plan, is due in order to attend the retreat.
-
If we are forced to postpone or cancel the retreat, due to a significant event that makes it infeasible to operate the retreat as planned (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, manmade disasters, COVID-19, disease, travel restrictions, etc.) we will either refund or credit you with any balance payments already made above the non-refundable deposit.
We will not be responsible for any refund for non-refundable airline tickets or for any airline tickets purchased by the passenger directly from an airline or travel agent
In all cases of Aether canceling or postponing the retreat, we will not be able to compensate you for any airfare or associated travel costs incurred in connection with the retreat. Once airline tickets are issued they are subject to the carrier’s refund policy; non-refundable airline ticket fees (which may be up to 100% of the ticket value) may apply. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover these risks.
-
If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, there will be no refunds for any payments you already made. There will also be no refunds or discounts for: arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred for reserving our retreat center and related services. To protect yourself, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance that covers unforeseen, personal circumstances.
To officially cancel, please send an email to Aether stating that you wish to cancel to hello@aetherhealing.com
-
We will make every effort to operate all retreats as advertised. We reserve the right to alter or cancel the retreat or make reasonable substitutions as deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation, our liability, if any, shall be limited to and liquidated by a refund or credit to each prospective participant with any balance payments already made above the non-refundable deposit.
-
Aether highly recommends participants to obtain travel insurance for the retreat. The participant will be solely responsible for any expenses or liability not covered by their personal travel insurance plan. The best way to protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstance is to purchase good trip insurance. Depending on the coverage you choose, travel insurance can protect you in case of:
You choose to cancel your participation in the retreat
The retreat is canceled due to natural disaster, manmade disaster, or not enough participants to run the trip
Lost luggage
Medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured

The ease and safety of your travel are our first priority. We have been evaluating the pandemic and its effects on travel and responding to local developments to protect the safety of our participants and team members. We will continue to monitor travel advisories from public health authorities and restrictions on non-essential travel from local governments. We are also coordinating frequently with our venue and partners on location to take all reasonable precautions for sanitation. We will revise plans as necessary for your safety and wellbeing.
Travel advisories that advise taking precautions while visiting a destination are not necessarily grounds for canceling a retreat, as travel inherently carries risks that require precautions. If you choose not to attend a retreat that is going forward, the personal cancellation policy below applies. We will communicate any specific revisions or changes to your retreat via email.
