Within Our Heaviness

We are all connected, and we are all feeling the collective heaviness of a world longing so desperately for peace. Within our collective heaviness, the energy of this time is inviting us into a conversation, a remembering of our interconnectedness with all beings. Here, we witness that even through all the horror, struggle, and heartbreak of the moment, we can also still find hope, joy, and connection. When we open our hearts fully, we can hold the paradox of both darkness and light being present at the same time.

Attune yourself with your heart and become aware of what is present within. Allow yourself to escape from the roles and responsibilities you hold and lean into the things that feel supportive for your system now. Remember that even when heaviness and darkness are present within and around us, we will also always come back up to the light — individually and collectively. Even as we grieve, we grow. Even as we hurt, we hope. With every ebb, there will also be a flow.
