Feeling By Feeling
In times of overwhelm, one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is to feel our feelings. When we give ourselves the space and time to allow the many emotions that arise within us each day to simply move through us, we can learn what they’re here to show us. As we unpack what lies beneath the emotions, we open up a doorway of understanding that attunes us to a greater meaning and clarity of our journey and ourselves.
Become a channel for your feelings, allow them to move through you freely. As you meet each emotion with curiosity and compassion, ask yourself: What is this feeling? When did I first feel it? What happened right before that moment? What is this feeling here to show me? The more you hold space for the emotions and experiences you are having, the more clarity will come to light. Feeling by feeling, breath by breath, the path ahead will become more clear.
